About:
The project involved the design of a 108-unit residential apartment building along the Gold Coast Highway, Surfers Paradise. Our team worked closely with renowned developer Auriton and architect Rothelowman to provide traffic engineering input during the concept design phase and through to the development application.
Challenges:
Traffic and car park design was the key challenge for the site. As the development site was constrained and limited to the number of basement levels that were able to be used.
Solutions:
Our team worked closely with Council and the project team to develop a unique ramp design and car park layout to service the site efficiently. Effective communication and innovative design solutions helped to produce a successful outcome for our client.
