Modus has been commissioned to provide traffic and transport advice in relation to the proposed townhouse development located at 61 & 65 MacDonnell Road, Margate.
Challenges:
The key challenge for this project was ensuring safe and efficient access for both residents and visitors to the proposed townhouses.
