Eagle Farm Warehouse Development:
Modus was commissioned to provide traffic engineering input for a large Industrial Development located in Eagle Farm. The development encompasses two (2) storeys with provision to accommodate four (4) Articulated Vehicles on-site.
Challenges:
The key challenge for this project was accommodating a safe and efficient access arrangement for service vehicles that integrated with the existing drainage components within the project area.
Solutions:
Modus was able to work collaboratively with the project team to coordinate a solution to the access arrangements that resulted in safe and efficient service vehicle access whilst maintaining the existing drainage components. The collaborative work with the project team in conjunction with providing design advice in a quick turnaround time helped to provide a robust traffic solution that achieved Development Approval.
