Andergrove Childcare Centre Development

Andergrove Childcare Centre Development:

Modus was commissioned to provide traffic engineering input for a Childcare Centre in Andergrove. The Childcare Centre, accommodating up to 100 placements, was recently approved by Mackay Regional Council through a seamless Approval process.

The success in achieving this Development Approval was a result of robust and efficient communication within the project team, in addition to Modus’ strong experience in Childcare Centre developments to ensure a safe traffic environment for vehicles and pedestrians.
