Brisbane Therapy Collective Pty Ltd commissioned Modus to assist with Traffic Engineering services for their development on Kelvin Grove road, Kelvin Grove. The development sought to extend and refurbish the existing food and drink development into an office use via a Material Change of Use application.
Challenges:
As the parking layout was retained, a key challenge for this site was demonstrating a suitable parking supply for the development.
Solutions:
Through a detailed understanding of the Council requirements and coordination with the project team, Modus was able to identify a solution to the car parking arrangements that was acceptable for the proposed operations.
