Neill Phillips, our Senior Traffic Engineer based in South Australia, has been appointed to the AITPM SA Branch Committee for 2025–2027.

As Team Leader – Traffic Safety at Modus, and with over 25 years of experience in traffic engineering and safety, Neill continues to lead the way in improving pedestrian and traffic outcomes across Australia.

AITPM is the national association for transport and traffic professionals in Australia. Their advocacy, events, education, and community building elevate the transport sector’s importance in government and industry.

The organisation represents a wide spectrum of professionals who plan, design, manage, and deliver Australia’s transport systems. This includes engineers, planners, policy experts, and modelling specialists. With a strong national footprint across Australia, AITPM fosters future talent through its Emerging Professionals and Transport Modelling Networks.

Neill’s Return to Committee Service

Neill served on the AITPM SA Branch Committee, including as Treasurer from 2012 to 2016. With over 25 years in the transport and traffic engineering space spanning local government and the private sector, Neill brings a wealth of practical experience to the role.
